The North Central Operations Division is home to a diverse population. The officers and staff of our station strive to provide the highest quality service. We have many programs that address the specific needs of our residents. From a summer day camp for "at risk" youth to safety programs for our senior citizens. We enjoy a high degree of citizen involvement through volunteer programs and several very active and effective citizen organizations. The first VIP (Volunteers in Patrol) Program started in the North Central Division. The "Share the Blessings" holiday event for underprivileged children is one of the largest police sponsored charity events in the city and was founded by a North Central officer.
